Take your next round of golf to the beautiful surroundings of Trethorne Golf Course. Play 18 holes set in the rolling Cornish countryside on the recently refurbished course. The club house is located just 100 yards from the hotel, bar and restaurant providing for the ideal golfing weekend.
The Course
Recently refurbished, and with far reaching views of the rolling Cornish countryside, Trethorne Golf Course creates a unique challenge that will not only present a significant test for the single figure player, but also prove an enjoyable experience for the 20 plus handicapper, without losing too many balls along the way! Trethorne’s onsite Pro Golf shop provides golfers with a wide range of golf equipment, clothing and accessories, with our club pro also available for lessons during your stay.
Golf Lessons
If you are looking to learn or improve your game, we offer a number of options, including one-on-one and group tuition with PGA professional Andrew Milton. We also offer fantastic golfing opportunities for younger enthusiasts. Our Junior Golf Academy runs throughout the year on Saturday mornings and combines the development of core golf skills with fun games.
Golf Breaks
Located just outside Launceston in the heart of Cornwall, Trethorne is the perfect place for a golf break in Cornwall. All of the hotel accommodation is located within 100 yards of the club house and offers very peaceful surroundings for your holiday or short golf break in Cornwall. We can cater for residential groups as small as two, or up to fifty. We can also arrange and book preferential green fee rates at other local courses including St Mellion, Trevose, Bowood and Lanhydrock.
