Not only are we in a great location on the Devon and Cornwall border, our holidays give every family that stays with us a whole lot of fun, things to do and great food to enjoy. No matter if you’re staying for just the night after a fun day at the leisure farm, or for a week packed full of exploring and excitement, we’ll do our best to make sure you have a great time!
Your Room
Each of our rooms are light, modern and great for families of all ages. It doesn’t matter if you’re staying in one of our family rooms or in separate and adjacent rooms, each will come with en-suite facilities, a TV, tea / coffee making facilities (with biscuits), free Wi-Fi, complementary toiletries and daily towel change.
Morning Breakfast
There’s no better way to start your day than with a hearty breakfast, which is exactly why we include our locally sourced full English breakfast in all of our prices. All our food is home cooked using locally sourced produce wherever possible, so we serve local seasonal vegetables and all of our meat is supplied by the well-known Philip Warren’s butchers in Launceston.
Admittance to the Leisure Farm
You’ll be able to enjoy all of the facilities in our leisure farm from 10am on the day of your arrival. So what’s it going to be – a little play in our 45,000 square feet indoor area complete with indoor play village, soft play adventure equipment, assault course and climbing wall, or perhaps you’d rather get up close to some of our farm animals and give them a feed? The choice is yours!
Further Discounts
We want you to have as much fun as possible during your stay, which means that we’re able to offer special prices for each of our guests during your stay. This includes ten pin bowling reduced to just £5 a game and our dodgums rides down to £2 per go! Drive carefully!

Further Discounts
The restaurant is open throughout the day and evening, serving a range of delicious food made with local produce. From classic bar grills and curries, to light bites, sandwiches and salads, plus a touch of Italian thrown in for good measure, our restaurant offers something for everyone. There’s a dedicated children’s menu and a good choice of vegetarian/vegan options so that everyone can enjoy the same great dining experience with us. Our Sunday carvery lunch is extremely popular, too.
